Präsident George W. Bush’s Mission in afrikanischen Ländern, die Fortschritte in Sachen Demokratie aufweisen, ist von finanzieller Hilfe begleitet. Im Gegenteil dazu kann China kaum etwas zu den Themen Demokratie, (Menschen)Rechte oder Korruption beitragen.
